Description

Kenyon Noble Lumber Company is seeking to add a full-time Office Clerk position located at our Bozeman Business Office. This position requires a detail-oriented and accuracy-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a dynamic team player. Position would include, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Processing payments

• Account questions

• Answering phones

• Typing accurately and detail oriented focus on daily operations

• Filing

• General office duties as assigned

• Helping perform end of month duties

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Knowledge of 10-Key is a plus

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Great time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior knowledge of Epicor/Biztrack is a plus but not required

• Accounts Receivable experience is preferred

This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Wage starting at $20/hr, based on experience. Great benefit package is included: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid time off, Paid holidays, Disability, and more!
