Summary:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Operations and HR departments. Work with assigned staff members to ensure that all assigned administrative functions are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for assisting with basic office and front desk tasks in order to meet the operational needs of the office. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative office duties, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and creating forms and other documents
Interact with all operational and support departmental staff in a courteous, appropriate manner
Assist the Operations Management team with administrative duties, as assigned
Assist with the day to day operations of the front counter to ensure prompt and appropriate guest service is provided to all guests; take appropriate actions during busy times
Provide coverage for both the Employment Center desk and the Front Desk as needed
Answer, screen, and transfer multi-line telephone calls in the Employment Center and Front Desk while providing coverage
Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs and badges in accordance with security protocols
Assist with maintaining, organizing, and ordering office supplies
Assist in sorting and delivering mail and packages as needed
Organize, file, and maintain HR paperwork and team member files in accordance with company policy
Maintain confidentiality regarding the company, products, and team member information
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience running day to day operations of a business office environment preferred
Must have the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and able to meet demanding deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills
Must have interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving
Passion to learn and accept change on a continual basis
Strong ability to multi-task
At least 21 years of age
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States

Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels
Occasional standing
Frequent walking
