Kelly Services is seeking an

Office Clerk for our banking client East of downtown Cincinnati, OH. This is a full time, temporary position into 2019.

Pay is $11.20/hr. with benefits available in the first 30 days. Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Duties:

Performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions. Generally, sorts, files, and processes paperwork including correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts and other records.

Gathers and verifies data and transfers to standard format. Generates correspondence and routine reports. Posts and extracts data from records and files.

Stamps, sorts and distributes department mail. Photo-copies and proofreads documents. May verify and process documents, bills, invoices and vouchers.

Prepares files for image and storage. May respond to customer inquiries. Handles incoming calls and other clerical duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Prior office/clerical experience

Ability to collect and organize information

High school diploma or GED
