Job Description:

Responsible for the daily parking office operations. Also responsible for all cash transactions associated with daily and monthly parking customers.

Payrate: $19.00 per hour

Generally responsible for the on-site operations of the parking office. Job duties may include working closely with location staff and supervisor, overseeing parking supplies and inventory, selling validations, completing daily and monthly reports, making daily deposits, providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, covering for staff time off and breaks, walking the garage daily and keeping the parking equipment functioning. Additional duties may include cash transactions associated with daily and monthly parking customers, matching customer's ticket to parking rate schedule: collecting money from customer's accounting accurately for daily transactions: performing customer courtesy functions: may perform other duties to ensure productive operations, quality service, client and customer satisfaction: may perform parking attendant and garage maintenance functions: And all other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Driver's License is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of similar experience preferred
