Wage Status: Hourly, Part Time 20-25 hours per week

Maintains office operations and assists management by receiving and distributing communications; taking calls/messages, maintaining supplies and equipment; picking- up and delivering items; assisting customers/tenants; provide clerical support to Park management; responds to tenant needs.
Job Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work areas.
Maintains office equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter funds
Serves customers/residents/co-workers by backing-up management; answering questions; forwarding messages.
Carry out clerical tasks such as filing, stuffing envelopes, entering deposits and posting rental payments into the accounting software, scanning checks, getting new postage, mailing correspondence, assisting in data entry, etc.
Delivering notices to residents if applicable.
Helps Manager with special projects and/or community events.
Is an Ambassador of the company and is a knowledgeable, professional, honest and dependable and friendly towards all business partners to include management, vendors, residents and prospective residents.
Has the personal integrity to uphold the Company policies and abide by them.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Education beyond High School is desirable.
Strong technology/computer skills to include Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attendance and dependability.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
Subject to a criminal background check prior to employment.
Persons in this position works primarily indoors in a temperature controlled, clean and well lighted environment. Occasionally may work outside to perform certain duties of the job.
Persons in this position must be able to sit for extensive periods, walk intermittently, bend, stoop and or climbs stairs occasionally during the day. Persons in this position must possess normal hearing and vision to disseminate information and possess normal dexterity for keyboarding, writing, filing and other duties with or without an aide as well as perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
