As an Office Associate, you will:
Support Nebraska Extension by providing a wide array of administrative duties in areas such as 4-H, Horticulture, Early Childhood, and Nutrition Education.
Create and maintain letters, spreadsheets, reports, and work documents.
Prepare and proofread correspondence.
Assist with web content, email blasts, photos, newsletters, and other media projects.
Help educators and assistants by providing clientele with related research-based information/publications.
Assist with Extension related events such as county and state fairs, classes, programs, meetings, conferences, workshops, and information/awards ceremonies.
Provide receptionist duties as assigned or needed.
Assist with office financial transactions.
This part-time position is .50 FTE or 20 hours per week.
