Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions

Under direction, prepares a variety of complex materials, including highly technical reports, statistical data, Department forms, as well as correspondence; exercises independent judgment and a command of legal, medical, and social terminology to review documents; provides assistance to the Manager in the scheduling and preparation of staffings and meetings, arranging for and setting up conference room, copying materials, etc.; answers incoming phone calls and greets all visitors; receives and distributes incoming mail; establishes and maintains files; serves as timekeeper.

Minimum Requirements:
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two years of office experience; requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm; requires working knowledge of legal, social, and medical terminology; requires possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel.
