The office is a fast-paced office environment, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling follow ups and meetings with efficiency. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate contacts. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Support event planning and execution for office meetings, training sessions, and team events. Handle confidential information with discretion.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders as needed. Perform other general office tasks and special projects as required. Respond to customer and service inquires as needed to completion Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office technology. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to work. Experience in an office or administrative role preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
