Spiral Group is an automotive parts importer established for over 15 years. Now, we're looking to expand our customer service call center and am looking for an office assistant to join our team, based in Ontario, CA.

You would be responsible for processing orders, preparing reports, processing data, and handling customer requests. You will be an integral part of the team, helping us provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and identify customer needs. We'll be providing training (though some previous office administrative experience would be helpful). Hours are flexible, and both part-time and full-time positions are available.


  • Process orders, keep records of customer interactions, file documents, and assist with data entry and analysis
  • Handle customer requests and provide technical and sales support


  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Bachelors degree or bachelors degree in progress
  • Previous office administrative or customer service experience
  • Technical knowledge of cars, wheels, and/or tires
  • Willingness to work with a flexible schedule
  • Bilingual Chinese

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES * Types form letters. * Sets up, maintains and locates claim files. * Processes packets. * Conducts computer data entry and processing; documents claim files in the system correctly. * Prepares spreadsheets and documents in software applications. * Answers and initiates telephone calls as required. * Maintains stationary supplies. * Sends overnight and messenger outgoing mail. * Processes returned letters and unidentified mail. * Transmits facsimiles. * Prints reports and documents. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs other duties as assigned. * Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Experience Six (6) months clerical experience preferred.
