Spiral Group is an automotive parts importer established for over 15 years. Now, we're looking to expand our customer service call center and am looking for an office assistant to join our team, based in Ontario, CA.
You would be responsible for processing orders, preparing reports, processing data, and handling customer requests. You will be an integral part of the team, helping us provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and identify customer needs. We'll be providing training (though some previous office administrative experience would be helpful). Hours are flexible, and both part-time and full-time positions are available.
