Office Assistant

We've also experienced incredible growth, and it's primarily due to the amazing job our team has done to create an environment our customers trust and a place where our staff wants to work. We are now hiring three Office Assistants in our corporate office in Overland Park. Each Office Assistant will gain an understanding of each department at Shamrock and act as a "utility" player between the departments offering assistance where needed. This includes but not limited to: front of office, back of office, insurance/collections, legal, customer care, and finance.

Job Duties:

• Filing and various administrative tasks

• Reading insurance paperwork

• Creating to-do lists

• Every day is different

• Fast-paced work environment

• Helping with legal situations and paperwork

• Updating Excel/Google Sheets

• Analyzing reports

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of G-Suite preferred

• Positive "can-do" attitude

• Willingness to help

• Ability to take direction and complete tasks

• Warm personality

• Prior office/administrative experience is a plus

• Computer savvy

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday + an hour for lunch

Compensation/Benefits

• Pay to start at $16-18/hour depending on experience

• Medical, dental, vision after 90 days

• PTO accrued after 90 days

• 401K after one year
