PhD Office Pitt Business is seeking an Office Assistant for our PhD Office. Responsibilities include: - Serve as the first point of contact for student, faculty, or staff visitors
Responsible for PhD student office space assignment process
Assists with approving space reservations for PhD meeting room
Assist with general office duties A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred. Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
