You’d be joining a team of nearly 100, based across our New York, London and Manchester offices and working with over 375 arts organizations in North America and the UK.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p></p><p>As Office Manager you will be a positive and approachable person who likes to roll up your sleeves and get on with whatever the day throws at you. You would have responsibility for overseeing the daily efficient and effective running of the Spektrix North America office. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in various parts of the business. As well as leading on all things facilities including managing supplier relationships and company policy and procedures. You will be responsible for event organization as well as supporting the People team by acting as principal point of contact for North American recruitment and employee engagement activities.</p><p><br></p><p>You will support the President of North America and will work with Finance with responsibility for day to day financial administration of the office including managing the receipts of all checks and registering these in company check log and making weekly bank deposits. You’ll be flexible and adaptable and proactive in finding solutions to a range of tasks both office and admin related.
