Answer telephones, take orders, write messages, and/or transfer calls to appropriate staff members.
Perform general clerical duties to include; but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing.
Legible Hand Writing a must, as notes and orders are to be filled and read by various employees.
Works well under pressure and works well with others.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Maintains office efficiency by implementing protocols, i.e. how to answer phones, etc.
Keeps management informed of any and all orders and menus.
Meet Greet all visitors and clients.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Assists management and other office assistants in day to day work.
