We are seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant in Boca Raton. We maintain a fast paced, team oriented environment, and therefore, candidates should be able to work efficiently in this type of setting.

  • Answer telephones, take orders, write messages, and/or transfer calls to appropriate staff members.

  • Perform general clerical duties to include; but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing.

  • Legible Hand Writing a must, as notes and orders are to be filled and read by various employees.

  • Works well under pressure and works well with others.

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

  • Maintains office efficiency by implementing protocols, i.e. how to answer phones, etc.

  • Keeps management informed of any and all orders and menus.

  • Meet Greet all visitors and clients.

  • Support staff in assigned project based work.

  • Assists management and other office assistants in day to day work.
