Our client in Riverside is looking for a part time office assistant to support the staff. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to answering and transferring calls, filing, copying, folding brochures and creating packets and binders. The hours are M-F from 8-12 and it is a business professional environment with casual Fridays. The pay is $12hr and this is a temporary opportunity but does have the opportunity to go permanent if they feel you are the right fit.
Eagerness to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after
Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
Complete tasks independently
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
MS Outlook experience
Deep understanding of customer service
Adeptness in Microsoft Word
Comprehensive knowledge of filing
Foundational knowledge in navigating basic office equipment and protocols
