Our client located in Greenfield MA is looking for an Office Assistant to join their small and friendly team. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a pay rate of $13.50-$14.50 per hour and a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.
The occasional Saturday may be required during the busy tax season.
Office Assistant Duties:
Answer and direct calls
Greet and assist clients
Enter new clients into the system
File and make copies
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Schedule appointments with clients
Enter time sheet hours into the system
Run reports as requested
Process credit card payments
Prepare bank deposits
Other clerical tasks and projects as assigned
2+ years professional office experience
Solid computer skills - MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Please customer service personality
Profession written and verbal communication
Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Accurate data entry skills
Able to maintain confidentiality
Experience in a tax office a plus
