Office Assistant III

Are you passionate about customer service? The Office Assistant III is the first person customers will see at the Servco Pre-owned Auto Center and will reflect a positive image of the Servco brand.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate party

• Updating various reports for sales personnel

• Greet and welcome customers

• Assist with tracking and updating incoming inventory

• Track and log paperwork related to the reconditioning work to be performed on Servco pre-owned vehicles

• Follow up on outstanding titles and complete the transfer of titles

• Monitor the lot to ensure all interested customers are connected with a Sales Consultant

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Minimum six months of clerical experience which included receptionist work or customer contact

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer relations skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient

• DealerTrack experience preferred

• Typing 35 wpm
