Responsibilities & Requirements
The CHVH Office Assistant II will assist in a variety of duties to establish and deliver cardiovascular focused community health and wellness programs in various settings. Key functions include communication with community contacts and KHN departments to establish, promote and coordinate on-site program delivery. The Office Assistant II will register, greet and provide psychosocial support to heart and vascular disease prevention program participants.
Responsibilities to include:
Register, greet, direct and provide general program information to program participants
Coordination of set up and tear down of programs and events on and off site as assigned.
Assemble and transport equipment as needed for program delivery.
Monitor appointments and maintain appointment roster for assigned programs.
Collect and document participant fees for assigned programs (some require epic).
Assist with mailings, filing, data entry and tracking customer service data as assigned.
Supports the CHVH Manager/Coordinator when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent
This position requires travel
Knowledge of medical terminology
3 years clerical experience
Able to type 60 WPM
Intermediate computer skills
