The Association for Retirement Organizations in Higher Education (AROHE) is a non-profit that supports campus-based retirement organizations by sharing research, innovative ideas, and successful practices. This Office Assistant serves at the direction of the AROHE board members and supervision is by AROHE's Executive Director.
Membership management and member development
Manage and maintain the AROHE website content and provide web tech support using the wildapricot.com platform
Newsletter formatting and distribution
Supervise AROHE conference registrations, awards, newsletters, publications through web content management
Social Media and marketing
Run Google analytic reports, membership reports, and donor reports
Communicate with AROHE members via phone, email, and solicitations
Support AROHE board and ad-hoc committees
Survey research using Survey Monkey and Wufoo
Looking for a collaborative yet independent thinker who is dependable, pays attention to detail and can provide quality customer service to AROHE members. Must be comfortable with web platforms such as with WordPress or Wild Apricot, proficient in MS Word and Excel, and able to learn Survey Monkey and Wufoo online systems.

Minimum Field of Expertise:
Accomplished general office and organizational skills along with working knowledge of standard software programs and applications.
Needs to operate, maintain and demonstrate varied office equipment.
