HealthPRO Heritage at Home is currently seeking a full time Office Assistant to join our team housed in Tulsa, OK. This position will assist with back office duties and reporting for our home health division.
Schedule is M-F 8AM to 5PM. Starting pay will be $15.00 per hour. Must have Microsoft Excel experience.
HealthPRO Heritage at Home, LLC is a therapist owned company that specializes in providing temporary and permanent therapy services to home health agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient clinics. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting the Therapy Coordinator in his/her duties, answering telephone calls and emails, entering and verifying data in electronic medical systems, customer service, running and updating back-office reports in Microsoft excel, and coordinating with local rehab supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a fun, outgoing personality that will convey our eagerness to assist clients with the care of their patients; while at the same time, being able to communicate quickly and concisely. A high school diploma is required.
Prior administrative experience is required. The right candidate that possesses a quick learning curve with the ideal intelligence, personality, & computer savvy will be considered in lieu of administrative experience. Must be an organized self-starter who is proficient with desktop and laptop computers running Windows operating system; Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers; Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software; and cell phone texting applications.
