Green Plains Shenandoah is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. This position will work up to 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Performing data entry for various accounting systems and spreadsheets

  • Scanning documents into the computer

  • Filing both physical and electronic documents

  • Sending and sorting office mail

  • Assisting with accounts payables and receivables

  • Backing up the Admin Assistant and AP Clerk duties when necessary

  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented; proficiency for accuracy; dependable; positive attitude; team player

  • Strong MS Office experience.

  • Ability to multi-task and take ownership of assigned projects.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High school diploma or equivalency.

  • One or more years' experience in a clerical role preferred

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job includes but is not limited to: frequent sitting, standing, frequent computer use, frequent telephone use, some lifting or moving up to 30 lbs.
