JOB SUMMARY
The Office Assistant is responsible for keeping the office supplied, organized, and functioning. You will assist team members with and/or handle day-to-day activities in the office environment. Examples include restocking printers, assisting with deliveries, moving/assembling furniture, running errands, taking guests to and from the airport, various handyman activities, interacting with building maintenance, and assisting the facilities team.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for office mail/shipping
Assists with office maintenance duties
Transports visitors to & from airport/hotels
Performs transport runs between locations
Oversees maintenance of company vehicles and of the location
Performs occasional handyman activities
Performs occasional light cleaning
Orders supplies for housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Assists with coordination of events/meetings, including scheduling, food orders, site preparation, and clean-up
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Proficient using Microsoft Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Valid Florida Driver's License
Must be 21 or older
Pass Drivers' MVR Background Check
High School Diploma required
Experience in an office environment highly preferred
