Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative for glass fabrication business. Act as primary point of contact for customers, primarily by telephone.
Partners with operations and sales in providing quotes, order entry, tracking orders and special product or order requests.
Demonstrates initiative in superior customer care through research and responsiveness when requested information is not readily available.
Processes a high volume of customer orders and change notices in an accurate and timely manner.
Performs administrative duties such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other general office organization and housekeeping duties.
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
2+ years experience in customer service preferred
Glass industry experience highly preferred
Must have technical aptitude to understand our product and processes
Ability to communicate clearly, be detail oriented and have a high degree of self-motivation
Computer savvy, and familiar with Microsoft products
Friendly out-going attitude with great customer service skills
