Breakthru is seeking a personable and highly organized administrative or office assistant to join our small dynamic team within a fast-paced and friendly setting. This quick-learning individual will work within a unique and flexible role where they will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats.

They will value confidentiality, customer service and will have a proactive approach with a "can-do" attitude while working in a fun environment. Key Responsibilities: General Administrative Support Month-End Reconciliation, general bookkeeping, and financial report assistance Accounts receivable & payable Bill pay and bill pay reporting Human Resources Support (401(k) coordination, benefits enrollment, and insurance coordination) Scheduling, calendar, and office management Team Assistance, event and project support (including opportunities to work with our portfolio of companies) Other Duties as Assigned Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or financial role Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude, proactive approach to problem-solving, and willingness to learn. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and is eager to serve others
