Office Assistant and Route CashierThe Office Assistant and Route Cashier is responsible for providing general administrative duties and route settlement/cashiering services. This position will work closely with the Office Manager and Branch Management team on all areas pertaining to the efficient operation of the Fort Wayne, IN.
This is a temporary position to cover a leave until the end of the current year or longer if necessary
Position Shift and Schedule
This is a Temporary Full Time position working Monday through Friday from 8am until 4:30pm, Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
The rate of pay for this position is $14.00 per hour.

Daily route cashiering/settlement and related reporting for multiple branches
Cash/coin handling and bank bag preparation for daily armored car pickup
Sales Reporting and information tracking using SAP, Salient and Excel reporting systems
Will ensure internal and external audit and corporate compliance requirements are being met
General Administrative support for Management, Sales, Drivers and various office personnel.
Coupon tracking and distribution and reporting
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service via phone and in person
Back up assistance with new hire orientations and on-boarding paperwork and worker's comp filing.
Filing, faxing, copying, running errands and other office related duties as needed
Be willing to cross-train on all office procedures/processes

Assist in the planning & facilitation of company events/meeting
Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
3 years of administrative/office experience
Accounting background a plus
1 year of cash handling experience
Team oriented and versatile
Personal vehicle available for business errands
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) products in a business setting
