Job Overview The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the Facilities Office's smooth operations and providing adequate support to Corporate Services. The Office Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, assisting with facility maintenance, and supporting the corporate services team with their daily operations. Lastly, the Assistant is responsible for processing all invoices, covering team members breaks and assist in the coordination of schedules.

Minimum Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Additional education or certifications in office administration or facilities management is a plus. 3.

Minimum of 1 year of clerical, receptionist and office clerk experience required. 4. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices preferred. Compensation $24.00 - $25.83 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
