This long term temporary-to-fulltime position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Midland, Texas. Your responsibilities

  • Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies

  • Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks

  • Assisting with special projects as required

  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

  • Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

  • Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities

  • Handling highly sensitive information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable degree

  • Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management

  • 10 Key Accounting experience

  • General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Practical knowledge of CRM

  • Data General experience

  • Adeptness in inventory

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Data entry experience

  • Command of numeric data entry

  • Customer service experience highly preferred

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
