TechTarget is searching for an Office Administrator/Receptionist in our Newton office. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to get their foot in the door of a great company! This is an entry-level position with lots of room for growth and exposure to many different departments within the company.

Essential job functions:

  • Provide telephone coverage at all times and coordinate coverage with back-up

  • Greet and direct visitors/deliveries

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g. mail distribution, ordering and maintaining supplies, etc.)

  • Support office events including assistance for set-up and break-down

  • Coordinate office space and welcome swag for new hires

  • Provide general office maintenance including restocking supplies, conference room management and general kitchen and mailroom organization

  • Serve as the "go-to" person for any office related needs

  • Assist with special projects within the HR team

Knowledge, skills, experience & abilities required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be well organized, systems oriented and have a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing needs

  • Flexibility

  • Work effectively with individuals with different styles and approaches

General Overview The Human Resources Program Administrator is responsible for all aspects of employee engagement programs. This position will report to the Human Resources Operations Manager, as well as the Director, Office of Experience. Working collaboratively with both departments, this position will focus on creating and managing strategic recognition programs that support our efforts to build a highly effective and engaged employee population. This position is responsible for managing current employee events while also keeping a keen eye on the market and finding innovative solutions in this space. This position requires a strategic view of the employee experience, as well as strong project management skills. In addition, exceptional creativity, customer focus, and advocacy for employees with a lens toward diversity and inclusion is important. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the operations and logistics for a variety of recognition programs and events. Develops communications, work plans and timelines; manages and customizes communications for recognition programs and events. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications, Public Safety, Food Services, Partners, and outside vendors. * Create a strategic plan for employee engagement programs that aligns with the Human Resources agenda and the vision for the Office of Experience. * Manage and deliver employee engagement programs and initiatives in line with budget expectations and policy requirements. * Research external programs and vendors to find new, innovative solutions * Recommend program eliminations or changes to align with broader strategy * Ensure all programs are executed upon in a manner that reflects the diversity of our organization, appreciation for our employees and the hospital's role in the community. * Develop metrics to evaluate program successes and challenges. * Partner with senior leaders to deliver programs and ensure leadership participation. * Use/s the Partners HealthCare values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors.
