We are seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our client who is in the construction industry. They are located right in Brighton and are accessible via public transportation as well as having limited parking.

It is a big plus if you have experience with Yardi or Timberline. Primary Duties and

? Monitors all daily processes, ensuring timeliness, efficiency and quality in processing of all service invoicing. ? Work in conjunction with other departments to meet 72 hour invoicing goal and monthly service sales goals ? Cross-train with Office Manager in construction job processing, payroll and over the counter functions. Activities: ? Assist in new customer set up. ? Manage clerical needs of the office, including review of job cost reports, issuing purchase orders and organization of office files. ? Process purchase orders, receipts and field tickets for job reconciliation. ? Entertain customers? inquiries, suggestions and complaints as it relates to clerical processes and policies. ? Assist internal employees who are out in the field

Key Requirement: ? Timely and accurate invoices ? Accurate business and personnel expense coding. ? Customer satisfaction and invoice resolution in regards to accuracy. ? Timely and accurate data processed and organized in permanent job file.

VIEW JOBS 12/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-13T00:00 Description Under the general supervision of the COO, is responsible for managing the operations of the mental health programs at Franciscan. The Behavioral Health Administrator, working in conjunction with program directors, will develop business strategies, formulate budgets, and deal with daily operations as necessary to ensure operational and financial success. The incumbent will be responsible for developing staffing requirements, including job descriptions in conjunction with the program directors. This individual will ensure the coordination and collaboration with multiple constituencies supporting a comprehensive system for children and their families; will conduct ongoing systematic assessment; and develop effective strategies to facilitate change. The Directors of the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs will report to this individual for the day-to-day operations of their programs. The incumbent will ensure the programs are running smoothly and successfully while also working to expand the service lines. A key responsibility is to gather data, track progress and to analyze and identify trends, problems or issues and bring them forward for resolution. The successful candidate will demonstrate * Ability to manage and lead health care staff efficiently and effectively * Excellent Customer Services * Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations. * Demonstrated experience in identifying and analyzing business problems, with experience in problem resolution and project management. * Must be detail oriented and have the strong ability to multi-task. Must be able to successfully prioritize and manage a stressful, fast pace environment. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Several years' clinical experience and a career transition for 4 years to a service line management position preferably in a Pediatric Behavioral Health setting.
