About Us:PRC Resources is a boutique recruiting and management consulting firm. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Entry-Level Office Administrator to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and professional development in business operations.
Position Summary:The Entry-Level Office Administrator will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of business operations while playing a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks including basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and providing administrative support to the business manager and team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Learn and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping of all financial transactions.
- Invoicing: Learn to prepare, send, and follow up on invoices, manage accounts receivable, and assist with accounts payable as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide eager administrative support to the business manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Team Operations: Support team operations by learning to coordinate office logistics, manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Communication: Begin to serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, learning to answer phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure clear and professional communication.
- Project Assistance: Learn to assist with project management by tracking deadlines, updating project documents, and providing support to team members as needed.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with other related duties as assigned, which may include supporting events, handling mail, and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an administrative or office management role.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn bookkeeping software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
