Position Summary
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Help in the daily routine of coordinating office projects, resources, equipment information, and the activities of co-workers to help ensure they achieve the objectives of the team. Schedule and keep track
of all temp labor in each department. Work with managers on making sure all hours are correctly logged into Monarch. Take direction from head of safety and perform safety training and maintain logs
for co-workers.
Perform standard duties
Provide accurate reporting as required by the Company
Maintain open and effective communication with all company personnel, vendors, and clients.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Create an uncompromising culture of 'Safety First' in reference to the Orora Visual Safety Plan drive the facility's safety policies, practices & performance and take personal accountability for making Safety the number one priority.
Communicate and liaise with other functional managers and executives to understand all necessary aspects of safety, and to ensure they are fully informed of process challenges and process improvements and changes.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer, Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Detail oriented.
Team player.
Self-Motivated.
Excellent time management skills.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE: High school education or equivalence. College degree preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as estimates, accounting ledgers and journals, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to
communicate effectively with agents, customers and other employees of the organization. Requires excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations. Ability to use abstract reasoning subject to supervisor approval in situations departing from accepted procedures and practices.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires the ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment, such as computer and keyboard, calculator, telephone, photocopier, etc.
