• Be the face of the firm: Answer phones, greet clients, and direct inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Function as an organizational whiz: Manage calendars, schedules, and administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.
• Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and security.

We're looking for a team player who possesses:

• Prior office manager experience, especially with handling confidential data.
