The Boeing Company is seeking a proactive, organized office administrator for its office in Arlington, Virginia. This Office Administrator position will provide support to Partnership & Group Operations (EP&GO) senior leaders. This office administrator will be instrumental in achieving business objectives through high quality administrative support.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provides support for an executive team

  • Generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards

  • Facilitates required international travel immigration documents (passport/visa arrangements)

  • Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication

  • Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information

  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources

  • Orders, maintains and inventories office supplies

  • Handles business gifts and courtesies through appropriate company policy

  • Arranges catering for designated executive meetings

  • Prepares shipments and package invoices for UPS / FedEx / USPS

  • Escorts international visitors while in the building

  • Loads and catalogs business cards into Outlook

  • Coordinates yearly holiday gift card distribution

  • Maintains document filing

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Experience in managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook

  • Experience in coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling credit card charges

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures

  • Have a flexible, helpful attitude and be able to work effectively within a busy, fast paced environment

  • Ability to work across different cultures and time-zones

  • Bachelors degree or higher

Typical education and experience:

High school diploma or GED and typically three or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Position Overview: In this position you will serve as critical support for the Operations team, acting as both the assistant to our General Manager who leads our operations function and as the point of contact for office related coordination for the operations team. As the Office Administrator, you will also support our warehouse team and be responsible for creating a well-organized and efficient office environment that represents the Rent the Runway brand and culture. You will help evolve and create office management procedures that ensure effectiveness, efficiency and compliance. The Office Administrator will look for ways to add value across teams through exceptional execution of projects and partnership in cultural initiatives. As part of both functions, you will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse group of important executives internally and externally, acting as a key representative of the RTR brand. You are the right fit for this position if you are incredibly organized, passionate about Rent the Runway, proactive and scrappy. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle lots of projects and deadlines at once, and have a proven track record of excellence in a similar work environment.
