This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play an integral role in our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a robust background in office administration, possessing exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. A high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. 2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. 3.

Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls. 4. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. 5. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. 6.

Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. 7. Identify opportunities for office management improvements, and propose and implement new systems. 8. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports. 9.

Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. 10. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office administration role, preferably within the finance industry. 2. Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to interact with customers professionally and efficiently. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management, staff, and external stakeholders. 4.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a fast typing speed and the ability to learn new software quickly. 6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and approach problems creatively. 7.

A strong team player with a positive attitude, high energy level, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. 8. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, and office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures. 9. Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles. 10.
