Hourly Rate Range: $24-$26.44/hour
Location: Washington, D.C.
Job Type: On-Site, In-Office Required (Remote days will be possible on occasion, but in-office is the norm)

The Association of Former Members of Congress (FMC) is a bipartisan nonprofit promoting public service, civic engagement, and international democracy partnerships. This role uniquely serves both organizations to ensure seamless office operations and administrative support in a shared workspace.
POSITION
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations for both Issue One and FMC. This individual will divide their time between the two organizations, working with clear schedules and defined responsibilities to ensure each office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a dependable team player who can adapt to hybrid office environments and varied operational needs. This role is ideal for someone early in their administrative career or for someone looking to transition to a less intense administrative/finance role to enjoy a more significant work/life balance.

Structure and Location
This is a full-time, fully benefited position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is based in Washington, D.C., with in-office attendance required. Once the 90-day probation period is over, periodic remote days are possible. These will be discussed with the Office Administrator at a later date.
