Essential Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for front office activities, phones, and packages.
Staff support: assist team of professionals with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Oversee office operations: inventory, order supplies, maintenance, organization, scheduling etc.
budget spreadsheet, assist with billing, and review, edit, and format extensive documents.
Event planning, coordination, and hosting.
Shipping & receiving.
Book travel arrangements.
Meeting coordination: reserve space, set up AV, order food, room setup and cleanup etc.
Computer savvy and technical troubleshooting.
Five (5) years of related administrative experience.
Must be able to work independently as well as in groups with a positive attitude
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent grammar, writing, formatting and editing skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Light lifting of office and kitchen supply items
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license.
Full-time (business hours).
Occasional overtime and possible travel.
