Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for front office activities, phones, and packages.

  • Staff support: assist team of professionals with miscellaneous administrative tasks.

  • Oversee office operations: inventory, order supplies, maintenance, organization, scheduling etc.

  • Project support:

  • budget spreadsheet, assist with billing, and review, edit, and format extensive documents.

  • Invoice processing

  • Event planning, coordination, and hosting.

  • Shipping & receiving.

  • Book travel arrangements.

  • Meeting coordination: reserve space, set up AV, order food, room setup and cleanup etc.

  • Computer savvy and technical troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of related administrative experience.

  • Must be able to work independently as well as in groups with a positive attitude

  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Excellent grammar, writing, formatting and editing skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.

  • Light lifting of office and kitchen supply items

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license.
