Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising, training and developing office staff
Oversee branch office support activities including review, modification, development and implementation of office operating procedures
Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch including ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
Refer HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third-party administrator
Process and review department reports
Monitor and review invoice timing and documentation
Schedule and help prepare meetings for all departments
Accounts Receivable processing with focus on longer days outstanding
Monitor and assist with off lease and inspection communication between Service and Sales departments
Track installation reports and ensure trucks are installed timely
Monitor audit items and review office/business procedures for increased efficiencies
Sales Blitz planning to include working with Sales Managers to set up teams, schedules, and promotional materials
Support sales, warehouse, and rental coordinator on inputting and reviewing orders
Review of inventory processes
Assist with building maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred
