Responsibilities

The System Admin Manager will lead a team that provides day-to-day operational support of our customer relationship management server. Due to the global nature of our offerings, the position will oversee an on-call rotation and regularly scheduled after-hours maintenance activities. The selected individual must be able to efficiently investigate complex issues and provide solutions. He/she must have the ability to effectively lead System Admin team and interface with different groups and customers.
