Responsibilities

  • Manage and support general administrative tasks in an office environment
  • Manage invoicing, billing, payments, and shipping details
  • Manage record keeping and update reports as necessary
  • Provide phone/email support and manage inquiries while communicating both internally and externally
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience supporting an important, fast-paced, mission critical program that will require strong prioritization &amp; time management skills. The System Admin Manager will lead a team that provides day-to-day operational support of our customer relationship management server. Due to the global nature of our offerings, the position will oversee an on-call rotation and regularly scheduled after-hours maintenance activities.<br>The selected individual must be able to efficiently investigate complex issues and provide solutions.
