CTG, INC. IS SEEKING AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / BUYER FOR A 14-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION WITH OUR CLIENT LOCATED IN ASHEVILLE, NC.

Job Description:

  • Place purchase orders to suppliers, per SOP

  • Update ERP system with updated confirmed dates and other updates, based on supplier confirmations

  • Work with other buyers and planners to ensure accuracy of ERP data

  • Must be able to utilize Excel as necessary to perform daily duties

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and formulas is a plus

VIEW JOBS 11/15/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-13T00:00 Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) seeks to hire a Program Administrator to manage all aspects of Western Carolina University's Health Professions student experiences at MAHEC, including all new and potentially expanding clinical rotations and didactics. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with WCU program directors and staff, assuring that rotations at MAHEC meet the needs of WCU programs; communication with students, preceptors, schedulers, MAHEC HR, facilities, and clinical sites to ensure smooth operations of all aspects of the program; budget management, data base management, etc. The Program Administrator will also coordinate needs assessments, feasibility studies, pro formas, budgets, physical locations, schedules, onboarding criteria, preceptor recruitment and training, and development of research objectives for new WCU programs at MAHEC. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, higher education, program management, or healthcare management, with a minimum of five years of experience in higher education, health care, human services, program administration, or managing programs for adult learners required. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of undergraduate and graduate health sciences programs, skills in communication and relationship building, maintaining complex student schedules, strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to work closely with academic partners, clinicians and clinical staff and learners, manage and communicate deadlines, structure and run programs, and resolve conflicts and model appropriate professional boundaries and etiquette with learners is essential.
