The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for streamlining administrative processes, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising administrative staff.

  • Maintain common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.

  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.

  • Assist with managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an office manager; supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.

  • Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.

  • Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.

  • Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.

  • Must have proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks.

  • Must have excellent presentation skills
