Executive Assistant Role:
Daily calendar maintenance for Department Chair, Chair Emeritus and Human Resources Business Partner
Coordinate both faculty and division director's meetings for the Department of Radiology
Organizer of yearly faculty evaluations for all divisions within Radiology
Act as back-up for Grand rounds speaker schedules and event coordination
Organize all Department events
Creates PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings
Complete Concur submissions
Provide back-up support for all Radiology Directors.
Supervisory Role Duties:
Complete all HR protocols for staff when necessary.
Payroll and timekeeping approvals for staff
Manage all clinical faculty support staff
Approve bi-weekly timesheets
Perform disciplinary action if needed
Lead monthly staff meetings and bi-monthly team building activities
Hold quarterly touch base meetings with all staff
Complete annual staff evaluations
Bachelor's Degree with Health Care experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Wolverine Access applications such as, Market site and Concur, comfortable learning new technology/business software and able to adapt as systems evolve
High level of interpersonal and communication skills required along with the ability to problem solve issues without direct supervision
Day shift; 8:00 - 5:00pm
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
