We have built our team with people who embrace the freedom and responsibility our model depends upon. We're looking for an Office 365 Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve clients' needs as a technical expert in Office 365 and related technologies

  • Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Office 365

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and migration of Office 365 capabilities

  • Work with mobile devices uninstalling/installing applications (mostly apple products)

  • Evaluate Office 365 changes & updates and determines impact on clients

  • Define & document policy characteristics

  • Assign licences

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, or Microsoft Exchange

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft's modern workplace solutions, primarily Office 365

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration/deployment; preferably Intune or similar tool

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
