The Offer and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of 1Ph UPS in Commercial & Industrial applications in 230V markets. This position will build the roadmap, define growth strategies & market opportunities, establish strong relationships with decision makers and influencers to build the business in C&I markets. The ideal candidate will work transversally with Offer Creation and Offer Deployment teams to develop strategic growth in key industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, Renewables, and Telecom.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience as a business development manager, sales manager, product manager, or a relevant role. Sales experience with demonstrated success in closing and prospecting and / or experience in developing and launching products are key to the role.
Experience within target segments or UPS industry is preferred. The person should also possess excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills and demonstrated computer proficiency. Time management and planning skills are key.
Experience in managing ODM/OEM brand labeling / contract manufacturing products is a plus. Technical or business degree required, MBA preferred. For candidates whose native language is not English, advanced English proficiency (both speaking and written) is mandatory. Travel, around 50% of the time.
This position will report to the VP Offer Management and Marketing with dotted line to the Offer Management Director, C&I.
