At Cracker Barrel our Off-Premise team is dedicated to ensuring our guests have the same experience and quality of food and service outside of our stores as they do when they visit one of our 652 locations. Our off-premise team partners cross functionally with the organization to support the guest experience off-site in areas such as to-go orders, take home meals, etc.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at the Home Office in Lebanon, TN and support Off-Premise projects. This individual will lead cross functional teams in projects supporting Off-Premise operations and continuously improving operating platforms that will support strategic growth concepts. Our ideal candidate will have a background in project management and a passion for pleasing people.
Conceptualizes projects that focus on Off-Premise business development, implementation, and sustainment
Create and maintain a master planning tool to track and plan current and future projects and prioritize project timelines
Creates strategy for Off-Premise integration and cross functional partnerships with all departments, systems, structures, and processes for sustainment, training, and Off-Premise needs
Drives alignment with Operations
Leads and manages cross-functional project teams to execute large scale, complex projects
Conducts run-throughs of Off-Premise real-world scenarios to test solution effectiveness and analyzes results
Designs and implements Off-Premise training materials to support awareness, education, and ensure Off-Premise success in the field
Partner with communications to support Off-Premise branding and marketing
Bachelor's degree or 4 years in related field
3-5 years of relevant project management experience require, restaurant operations project management preferred
Experience working in to-go sales, catering sales, or other off-premise concept desired
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
