Acts as Project Manager for Talent Management initiatives

Collaborates with all HR functions to assess needs and develop solutions that improve leader effectiveness and business results.
Contributes to the design and effective use of the performance management system.
Recommends employee engagement programs, initiating and implementing as appropriate.
Assists Talent Acquisition with the design of succession mapping, creating associated succession plan and management system.
Contributes to processes for identifying and developing high-potential performers.
Evaluates and makes investment recommendations regarding assessment tools, surveys, training curricula, technology, etc. as necessary to support Talent Management team strategies.
Partners with HR team on implementing new HR programs, processes, and/or procedures.
Champions an environment of diversity and inclusion for all stakeholders.
Minimum Experience RequiredMinimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or similar job-related certification preferred.
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role):
4-6 years of professional Organizational Development or related project work experience in Human Resources. Minimum 2 years experience in Organizational Development.
Strategic thinker with business acumen.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing as necessary to influence all levels of management and across all functional areas.
Collaborates positively and effectively with teammates, and internal and external customers.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to listen actively and responsively.
Skilled in use of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Handles highly sensitive information with discretion.
High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information.
