Job Description Job Description Contingent on contract award KUWAIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Comtech Systems, Inc (CSI) is looking for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Engineer candidates who will provide a licensed HVAC/Electrical contractor with engineering skills.

The engineer shall have experience in Heating and Air Conditioning systems and sub-systems. The engineer shall be adept in performing adjustments and calibrations on electronic and electrical control systems. The PG&I engineer shall be able to provide site surveys for HVAC and heating control systems as well as technical resolutions to given issues.

Candidates will be expected to work with a spirit of cooperation and must exhibit a tenacious work ethic while possessing the drive and critical thinking to excel in potentially tumultuous conditions. Prefer candidates with a valid US passport. Must have an active, current Secret Clearance.

All candidates will perform the following duties: Install Environmental Control Units and generators. Maintain Environmental Control Units and generators.

Troubleshoot Environmental Control Units and generators. Decipher schematic diagrams and blueprints. Install, repair, and maintain generators (3kw to 100kw 50,60 and 400HZ). Maintain and repair mobile and fixed communications ECUs.

Installation and service HVAC/Electrical commercial, industrial and residential heating and air- condition systems, energy management and controls wiring, light commercial and residential wiring, high and low voltage, upgrading services single and 3-phase. SKILLS REQUIRED: All candidates will have the following minimum skills:

Five (5) years or engineer experience in Heating and Air Conditioning systems and sub-systems. Adept in performing adjustments and calibrations on electronic and electrical control systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with diverse audiences, internally and externally to foster strong teamwork.

Work well independently or as a member of a team environment Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in the Civil Engineering field, OR an Associate’s degree plus seven (7) total years of recent specialized experience, OR a certification plus seven (7) total years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience in maintaining certifications related to the requirement of the position. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
