Job Description Job Description JORDAN ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Comtech Systems, Inc (CSI) is looking for Cisco Call Manager candidates who will be responsible for supporting the software-based call processing system.

Candidates will be expected to work with a spirit of cooperation and must exhibit a tenacious work ethic while possessing the drive and critical thinking to excel in potentially tumultuous conditions. Prefer candidates with a valid US passport. Must have an active, current Secret Clearance.

Our market segments consist of: Tactical Communications, Space & Component Technology, Mobile Datacom, and Cyber Security Solutions. PRIMARY DUTIES:

All candidates will perform the following duties: Provide detailed knowledge of voice gateways. Provide detailed knowledge of end-to-end QoS and multicast design and implementation.

Provide knowledge and familiarity with Cisco IOS-based routers within the ASR 1000, 3900, 3800, and 2800 families; Cisco IOS based switches within the 6500, 4500, and 3750 families. Provide technical documentation skills. Provide network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks.

SKILLS REQUIRED: All candidates will have the following minimum skills: Seven (7) years of recent specialized experience.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a military environment. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with diverse audiences, internally and externally to foster strong teamwork. Work well independently or as a member of a team environment Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Associate’s degree in Networking, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Experience in maintaining certifications related to the requirement of the position.
