NTT DATA Services currently seeks a OCM Manager to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).
The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of large health care system implementations/enhancements. The Organizational Change Manager must apply change management strategies and methods to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing organizational change management plans that minimize user resistance and maximize user engagement. The Organizational Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved. It will be important for the Organizational Change Manager to maintain a broad understanding of project activities and processes, and to apply a structured organizational change management approach and methodology to help ease the impact to personnel.
Develop the OCM Approach and Strategic plan for a large complex IT program implementation
Execute the OCM Plan and track progress
Create and maintain the OCM Project Schedule
Conduct stakeholder analyses and assessments
Understand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client
Work closely with communications, organizational development, and human resources teams to develop change management plans around communications, training and coaching; support execution/implementation of these plans
Coach senior leaders and executives to meet their role of change sponsor
Support the project team in integrating change management activities into their project plans
Support and coach front-line managers and supervisors to help their direct reports through transition
Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Help re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical business changes
Develop surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials as needed
Support status reporting requirements and timelines
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the system and business changes
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
Undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager
Minimum 5 years total work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Lead
Minimum 3 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer projects
Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit and CMS procurement requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 including the maturity matrix and the Seven Conditions and Standards
Working knowledge of the Medicaid Transformation Initiative
Ability to engage at the executive leadership level
