Occupational Therapist(S)

Requirements:
1.A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
2.Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
3.Experience working with children with special education needs preferred.
4.Experience in assessment and development of high quality Individualized Educational Plans preferred. 5.Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to meet timelines.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Master degree preferred

Job Description:

1.Identification of children who require Occupational Therapy in the Winthrop Public Schools.
2.Screening, assessment and development of assessment reports and Individualized Educational Plans for children qualifying for Occupational Therapy services.
3.Provide direct and consultation Occupational Therapy services to students who have Individual Education Plans and 504s.
4.Timely completion of all paperwork, including but not limited to documentation required for IEPs, team meetings, progress reports, billing/logging, and departmental paperwork.
5.Deliver Occupational Therapy services throughout the Winthrop Public Schools.
