We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Orthopedic Therapy Team. Currently this position would support patient care primarily at our Middleton Therapy clinic but could be asked to provide coverage for vacation/sick call at our West Therapy Clinic as well - located at 5752 Tokay Blvd, Madison, WI.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review meeting minutes, review email communications, etc)
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible with schedule and clinic changes to help support the team.
Qualifications Include:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
Specific skills: Orthopedic and splinting experience required. RTW, lymph, beneficial
Certifications: CHT preferred
Years of experience: 2+ years, with orthopedic focus
